The theory of continuity is a key
concept for understanding these processes.
Dr. Evangelos G. Avdikos,
Professor of the Department of History, Archaeology and Social Anthropology at the University of Thessaly , Greece , researches cultural identities, narratives, oral history and memory, and the supernatural. He has conducted fieldwork with both Rom children and refugees from the former Soviet Union .
